Installation and Relocation of your Aircleaner(s)

The situation in your company might change over time. Therefore, we and our distributors do not just install the products after you purchased them but also help you with the relocation. This will ensure proper working of the devices at any time and will be a weight off your shoulders.

Report a malfunction

We are very sorry to hear that one of our products has a malfunction or defect. It can always happen that your device malfunctions, for example due to a dirty filter or a part that has failed. We will of course help you as soon as possible.

Service and Maintenance

Every device has a longer life if service and maintenance are carried out properly. That’s why we have service agreements that fit your specific needs. This will not only ensure the proper functioning of the air purifiers, but will also relieve you of other matters related to our products.

General

We are helping organisations and people to improve the indoor air quality around them. We do that because we believe that clean indoor air is a substantial right for everyone and the basis for a happy healthy life. Our mission: “To enable people to breathe pure air all over the world”.

Air cleaning from Euromate is custom work. We want the product to solve your air quality problem. This is why we would like to talk to you by telephone or on location to discuss where the problem appears, what the volume of the space is and which filter package suits the best.

Because of our many years of experience, we have knowledge of many industries and the associated air quality problems. We take this into account to immediately solve air quality problems that may be less visible. This gives you the best product that solves your problem and the best price!

Euromate considers it important that our work does not cause the corona virus to spread. That is why we have taken a number of measures to minimize this risk. Our technicians disinfect the machines and work with a mask on request. Euromate consultants and technicians keep 1.5 meters distance at all times as well and only enter if there are no known COVID-19 cases within the company.

Finally, Euromate employees stay at home if they show suspicious symptoms of the coronavirus. In this way, Euromate hopes to be able to contribute to healthy (working) conditions for you and our staff, while at the same time not compromising the continuity of our services.

Our air cleaners are made and modified for specific problems. The delivery time therefore depends on the complexity of the order and can varies greatly. Ask your advisor for an indication. As soon as the air cleaners are ready for installation, we will make an appointment with you.

Yes, that’s possible. Some air cleaners can be programmed to ensure that the indoor air is cleaned extra or less at the times you want. Ask your advisor to take this into account.

Malfunctions, service and maintenance

The frequency of the maintenance visits depends on the degree of pollution in the room in question. Discuss with your adviser what applies to your situation. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can make a good estimate based on the average in the industry. In case that this is too often or too little maintenance, please contact to contact us to service interval.

A malfunction can be prevented and remedied by one of our malfunction technicians.

A service is always announced at least 1 week in advance. We take your opening hours into account. We also give an indication of when you can expect the technician. However, this is a target time, because the work of a mechanic can overrun.

The maintenance agreement is entered into for a definite period of time with a minimum of 1 year and is tacitly renewed afterwards for one year each time. After the first year, written cancellation is possible with a 3-month notice period. Send your cancellation to: Euromate B.V., PO Box 5661, 4801 EB Breda, The Netherlands.

There is a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all Euromate products after installation at the client. The warranty does not cover defects that are wholly or partly the result of: normal wear and tear, failure to observe operating and maintenance instructions, use other than for the intended purpose, improper installation, wrong adjustment or treatment by the client or third parties, change of the product by the client or third parties, use of filters that have not been purchased from Euromate, self-service that has not been carried out, not fully, not correctly or with the correct frequency.
