What is a cookie?
Use of persistent cookies
Permanent cookies allow us to recognise you when you visit our website again. As a result, the website can be set specifically to your preferences. Even if you have given permission for cookies to be placed, we can remember this by means of a cookie. This avoids you having to repeat your preferences each time you visit, thus saving you time and making our website more user-friendly. You can delete permanent cookies via your browser settings.
Use of session cookies
Using a session cookie, we can see which parts of the website you have viewed during this visit. This allows us to adapt our service as much as possible to the surfing behaviour of our visitors. These cookies are automatically deleted as soon as you close your web browser.
Tracking cookies from ourselves
With your permission, we place a cookie on your equipment, which can be retrieved as soon as you visit a website from our network. This enables us to find out that you have visited the relevant website(s) in our network in addition to ours. The profile built up as a result is not linked to your name, address, e-mail address and the like, but only serves to tailor advertisements to your interests so that they are as relevant to you as possible.
A cookie from the company Matomo is placed through our website. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. Matomo may provide this information to third parties if Matomo is legally obliged to do so, or to the extent that third parties process the information on behalf of Matomo. We have no control over this. We have not allowed Matomo to use the analytics information obtained for other Matomo services. The information collected by Matomo is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is expressly not included. The information is transferred to and stored by Matomo on servers in Europe.
We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The tool recognises company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo sets two first-party cookies, to evaluate user behaviour on our website and the tool processes domains from form entries (e.g. “Leadinfo.com”) to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. More information is available at www.leadinfo.com. On this page: https://www.leadinfo.com/en/opt-out you have an opt-out option. If you opt out, your data will no longer be recorded by Leadinfo.
