People who talk, cough, cough, breathe or, for example, panting during exercise emit particles, also known as aerosols. An aerosol is a colloidal mixture of all kinds of solid, liquid and gas particles, with a size of 0.12 to 200 micrometers. Aerosols are proven carriers of germs and these tiny droplets can float in a room for hours. Breathing it in can cause illnesses such as the flu or illness from the coronavirus. All the more important that these particles are filtered out of the air.

"Sofar nobody has been infected at the danceschool with corona - the air is clean!"
The dance school Balance, with an area of 500 m², a modern yet cozy interior and a wide range of courses for couples, singles and children, in which before the pandemic 700 – 1000 dance students per week participated, has a long history. Suddenly you are in the middle of German history, in the middle of the Monday demonstrations, Wendeherbst 1989, the fall of the Wall and Dirty Dancing. When Matthias Freydank tells about the beginning of his ADTV dance school Balance in the Waldstadt district of Potsdam, it is a story he experienced and helped create first hand, a cinematic story full of drama, music and dance as an expression of life, freedom and the joy of creation.
After the fall of the Berlin Wall, Freydank trained as a dance teacher with the German Association of Dance Teachers (ADTV). He began teaching dance in Potsdam in 1992
and rented the premises of the current dance school Balance in 1995. Adults in couples, adults alone, teenagers, children, wedding dance classes, courses start monthly, without long waiting times, flexible appointments, guest-oriented, individual and high quality teaching: this is what makes ADTV Dance School Balance, which belongs to the “Network of Modern Dance Schools”. “Dancing is quality of life and as old as mankind – and everyone can do it!” is the motto.
Like so many businesses, the coronapandemic with its restrictions also affected dance school Balance.“We have been intensely concerned with how to provide and convey safety to our guests, even in times of corona. The discussion of air filters came up early on, so I informed myself well. Thanks to the bridge grant, it soon became apparent, we would be able to purchase air cleaners. Of course, we had hoped that this entrepreneurial decision would be taken into account in the issue of closures, which unfortunately was not the case. We sometimes feel limited in our entrepreneurial freedom and responsibility and not taken seriously,” says Freydank.
Despite fewer customers, less revenue and slightly higher electricity costs for the company, air cleaners were needed to comply with corona regulations, to make an additional contribution to the fight against the pandemic, and also “to give worried customers reassure anxious customers”
“Thanks to the fresh air ventilation system and recirculating air cleaners with Hepa 14 filters, you can come and relax with a clear conscience in compliance with the 2G rule,” the website reads. And with its own video, titled “The air is clean,” the dance school is trying to gain the trust of its old and new customers. “We say to the customers: look at these big machines. They will protect you. The air is clean!”
“Many companies in the dance school industry also purchased air cleaners, and they all looked like technical devices. I did a lot of research, asked around, and when I saw Euromate’s PAS 3300 on the internet, I immediately liked the design.”
“They look like oversized jukeboxes! In terms of color, they also fit super into our interior because of the beautiful gray felt, a color that is reflected in the wood. They fit very harmoniously into the interior! The price/ performance ratio also convinced me.”
He was also convinced by the expert advice and Euromate’s 10% promotion at the time for quick decision makers! The total package as a service was just right. There was a salesman who put his heart and soul into his product and who was completely focused on me as a customer.
“Very satisfied” are Matthias Freydank and his entire team about the air cleaners that were delivered in May 2021. “They are quiet and do not disturb. You notice air being blown, but that’s what you’re supposed to notice. Our units normally run at level 2, the ventilation system runs in parallel, and of course we also open the windows.”
What Matthias Freydank especially liked: “The units were delivered, we put them down, plugged them in, switched them on and they run. The remote control is also great, easy to operate, and the fact that it comes with the unit is also good, of course.” And according to Freydank, the best recommendation is that there hasn’t been a single corona fall in the dance school so far.
Where else would air cleaners add value?
One of our clients recently said to other dance students, “Look at these great devices! They make you feel good right away!” Air cleaners are also good for the public’s image, according to Matthias Freydank. “Hopefully it will also bring us new customers.”
After these experiences in the dance school, where should there also be air cleaners, we ask Matthias Freydank. The answer comes without hesitation: “Everywhere where people are in a small space! Especially in doctor’s offices and anywhere where there are long waits. In administration, open offices – and anywhere there are people with allergies!”
The Pure Air Shield 3300 helps you to create a safe (working) environment. The air cleaner is suitable for large indoor rooms and filters (fine) particulate, bacteria and viruses such as Covid-19 from the air. Contaminated air is drawn in at the base of the air cleaner and blown out clean at the top. Since the air is cleaned several times every hour, rather than just once, a continuousflow of clean air is guaranteed.
Opt for the Pure Air Shield if you want the reassurance of truly clean air in your working environment or occupied space and put your health and well-being, and that of your employees, at the heart of what you do. The design of the Pure Air Shield works in any interior.
