“I make it beautiful”: This is the motto of Stephan Schulze, a notary public, for the furnishing of the notary office at Königstraße 68 in Rottweil, southern Germany, as well as for the design of the website. Anyone looking for a notary knows what a notary is and does, he says, and only wants to know: “Can I park there?” and: “Is he sympathetic?”
“That’s why I convey impressions on the website in terms of photos of the rooms, the building, the staff, myself, and a few keywords like considerate, mindful, together… Or with the information that 1 team with 13 employees brings in a total of 200 years of professional experience. And that there are plenty of parking spaces right next to the building.”
“I make it beautiful”: This also has to do with experiences from 30 years of working as a notary public – some of them in the furthest corner of a town hall “where no one else wanted to go”, when he was still a civil servant notary in public service. Since 2018, Stephan Schulze, born in 1966, has been working as an independent notary public in his home town of Rottweil.
