What is air circulation?
Air circulation is the movement of air in a room. The synonym for this is air flow. Air circulation is, for example, influenced by objects, ventilation systems, cracks, windows and movement of people or machines. In some places in a room the air will ‘flow’ more than in other places. Everyone recognizes that in a certain space, a plume of dust always ends up in the same place. Probably because there is less air circulation in this spot, which can cause dust to accumulate.
Below is an example of air circulation: Yellow is air that moves in space.
