In industrial halls, pollutants such as fine and coarse dust particles, welding fumes, oily particles, odours, gases and rubber are generated. Cleaning the indoor air is necessary in such conditions. This creates a pleasant working environment that benefits the health of your employees.
The HF series has been developed for large industrial buildings where one or more types of pollution are present, such as smoke, oil mist, fine dust, gases and unpleasant odours. The series can be used in a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, the process industry and welding environments. Thanks to its modular design and a choice of different filters, there is always a suitable solution.
The HF series comprises three models. The HFE is equipped with a reusable electrostatic filter and is ideal for smoke, oil mist and airborne particulate matter; the filter removes particles down to 0.01 microns via a high-voltage ionisation process. The HFM uses a (disposable) bag filter and is best suited for airborne particulate matter, with filter grades ranging from coarse to fine. The HFC specifically filters gases and odours via activated carbon filter cylinders and is ideally suited for the process industry. All three models are available in three capacities: 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 m³/h.
No, the HF air purifiers are designed for easy installation without the need for ductwork. They are mounted on the ceiling, a pillar or the wall, and there is no need to modify surrounding systems. This makes the HF series quick and cost-effective to install.
The HF series filters up to 90% of pollutants from the air flow. This demonstrably leads to an improved working environment, fewer health complaints among staff, higher product quality, fewer machine breakdowns and lower cleaning and heating costs. Customers can save up to 30% on cleaning and energy costs.
The HFE’s electrostatic filters are easy to clean and reusable, resulting in less waste and lower replacement costs. The HFC’s activated carbon cylinders can be replaced once they are saturated. For the HFM, bag filters are available in various filter classes depending on the level of contamination.
The HF series is one of our longest-running and most proven air purifiers, with numerous satisfied customers across a wide range of sectors.
