The HF air cleaner is a robust air cleaning system built around a main filter with an integrated fan. This industrial dust collector removes air pollutants typical of large industrial halls. The air is filtered and blown clean back into the hall. Smoke from processing, greasy (oil) mists, gases, unpleasant odours and fine dust are well-known phenomena in many industrial buildings. The HFE is an industrial air cleaner with electrostatic filter and integrated fan. The HFE can be used to filter fog and oil sprays from oil-treated steel. Thanks to the integrated oil collection facility, the oil can be easily drained. In addition, the HFE is suitable for filtering suspended particles that are common in warehouses, such as fine dust from paper, cardboard and organic particles.

As the polluted air enters the HFE it passes through the high-voltage ionisation section, operating at around 10,000 volts. Here, the dust particles become positively charged. The contaminated air then passes through the collector section, a combination of charged (5,000 volts) and earthed panels. The electrically charged particles are attracted by the earthed panels, to which they become attached. In this way, the smallest particles (up to 0.01 micron) are removed from the airflow by the electrostatic filter. The contaminated air is drawn through the filter by a directly driven centrifugal fan, which is compliant with ERP 2015.
Suitable for filtering fog and suspended fine dust, with bag filter.
The HFM is an industrial air cleaner with a (disposable) bag filter. The HFM is pre-eminently suitable for filtering fog and suspended (fine) dust.
Features of the HFM Air Cleaner
- Contains an (optional) pre filter and a bag filter, depending on the degree of air pollution there can be chosen for a variety of filter classes.
- Combine the HFM with the HFE to get an even stronger air cleaner: also suitable for locations with light welding fumes.
The polluted air is drawn into the bag filter by the integrated extraction fan. The optional pre filter catches the coarser (dust) particles. Depending on the granularity of the selected bag filter, the air is further filtered (filter class F5 for coarse dust to filter class F9 for fine dust). The clean air is discharged into the room. The degree of pollution determines when the bag filter must be replaced.
Suitable for filtering gases and odours
The HFC is an industrial air cleaner that filters odours and gases mainly through activated carbon filter cylinders with bayonet catch. Ideal for industrial buildings and process industries.
Features of the HFC Air Cleaner
- Available in four models by combining the air flow direction (left-right, right-left) and cylinders (8 or 16 cylinders)
- Contains activated carbon for filtering harmful gases and bad smells.
The polluted air is drawn into the HFC and is collected in the filter cylinders with activated carbon. This is how harmful gases and unpleasant odours are removed. These cylinders can be easily replaced when they are saturated.

The series can be used in a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, the process industry and welding environments. The HF series comprises three models. The HFE is equipped with a reusable electrostatic filter and is ideal for smoke, oil mist and airborne particulate matter; the filter removes particles down to 0.01 microns via a high-voltage ionisation process. The HFM uses a (disposable) bag filter and is best suited for airborne particulate matter, with filter grades ranging from coarse to fine. The HFC specifically filters gases and odours via activated carbon filter cylinders and is ideally suited for the process industry. All three models are available in three capacities: 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 m³/h.
