Euromate takes the next step in smart air cleaning with IoT technology
Euromate continues to develop its solutions for clean and healthy indoor air. The DFI series is already connected to smart technology via the Air Safety Portal. This gives users access to the performance, status and settings of their air cleaners from any PC, tablet or smartphone. This development is now being extended to the Smoke ’n Go series.
In many working environments, indoor air quality plays an important role in health, safety and business continuity. That is why Euromate develops solutions that go beyond filtration alone. By using IoT technology, systems can be monitored remotely, performance can be tracked and users can respond in time when settings, status notifications or maintenance require attention.
“Our customers are not only looking for a solution that works effectively, but also for greater control over what is happening inside their building. With smart technology, we make that information more accessible and help organisations manage their indoor air quality in a more structured way,” says Daniel Gooijer, Managing Director of Euromate.
DFI series as a proven example
This development is already being successfully applied within the DFI series. DFI air cleaners continuously reduce fine dust in industrial and logistics environments. Via the Air Safety Portal, users can monitor the performance of their air cleaners and manage settings remotely. In combination with AirCheq sensors, they also gain real-time insight into indoor air quality on the work floor.

Smoke ’n Go Series now fitted with IoT functionality as standard
From 1 July 2026, the Smoke ’n Go Series will also be equipped with IoT functionality as standard. Via the Air Safety Portal, users and service partners gain better insight into the status and performance of the various smoking cabins. The platform also supports remote management and provides a clearer overview of notifications and situations that require attention.
The Smoke ’n Go series is mainly used internationally, including at airports and other locations where smoking zones are part of the facility layout. Through effective filtration, the solution helps control tobacco smoke nuisance and limit its spread to surrounding areas.

Further development by R&D
Euromate will continue to invest in smart technology in the coming period. The R&D department is working on the further development of the portfolio, with other air quality solutions also being prepared for IoT functionality.
“When developing new functionality, we mainly focus on practical added value for the user. This includes easier remote management, clear insight into the status of our systems and information that enables teams to take timely action when needed. Technology should make work easier and contribute to the reliable operation of the solution,” says Barry Dallinga, R&D Engineer at Euromate.
In this way, Euromate is gradually building a portfolio that gives customers greater control over performance, maintenance and air quality.
