René’s expertise lies in providing technical support and advice. Whether it concerns installations, faults or training, he is able to break down complex issues into practical solutions. He also manages maintenance planning across the Benelux and Germany and is responsible for safety within Euromate, including VCA preparations and training technicians. Thanks to his broad knowledge and hands-on approach, he helps customers not only remotely but also on-site – exactly where the difference is made.

What does René enjoy most about his work? The moment when everything comes together at the customer’s site. Completing projects on-site and seeing immediate results gives him energy.

“In my spare time, I love being outdoors: I take lots of photos and am often out and about with my Border Collie. My favourite product is the Smoke ’n Go – a solution I know inside out and which I’m still proud of whenever I see it at a customer’s premises.”
