“It remains work where a lot of dust is released. When changing the filters, we see how much is being captured. The confirmation that we have done well this investment!”
Mr. Mark van Beek, dental technician and co-owner
Dentalform

Introduction Dentalform Dental Technology

Dentalform Dental Technology is a modern dental laboratory in The Hague and was founded in 1995 by Ben Mulder and Mark van Beek. Within a dental laboratory, various activities are conducted where much dust is released. This results in a significantly polluted air, which is unhealthy for employees and patients.

The Challenge

"We obviously want to offer our five employees a healthy and fresh work environment."

Dental Form Dental Technology was founded in 1995 by Ben Mulder and Mark van Beek. Together they master all disciplines of the profession. The specializations are primarily in metal (gold) works, making superstructures on implants and porcelain casts. This occurs on metal structures and on zirconium, both on human dental elements as on implants. At Dental Form, they are used to work in an efficient way. This allows them to offer short delivery times to customers. In addition, they think personal attention to the patient is very important.

Therefore, patients are welcome in the laboratory to choose a proper colour. “We like to welcome our customers in a clean and professional environment. It would be annoying to confront our customers with a dusty mess, where we make their dentures or implants. We obviously want to offer our five employees a healthy and fresh work environment. Given our work, we suffer from a lot of dust and for this problem we needed to find a suitable solution.” said Mark van Beek.

VisionAir Air Cleaner
The Solution

"Air pollution is removed down to the smallest fractions."

The relationship between Dentalform and Euromate goes back years. Dentalform was first introduced to Euromate during a trade fair. This was followed by an agreement in which the situation was examined and the advice was issued for a VisionAir wall model. Later this model was replaced by a VisionAir ElectroMax with a larger capacity. Air pollution is removed down to the smallest fractions.

Mr. Mark van Beek: “The partnership with Euromate is excellent. It is a well-known name in terms of air cleaning for us and we worked together with them through a previous employer. A solution was simply necessary given the amount of dust. It is a reliable company and that is why we bought an air cleaner from them. The product is also reliable, and user friendly.” Thanks to the service contract Dentalform does not have to worry about the air cleaner. The soiled filters at every service are the evidence of a well-made choice!
