Role and responsibilities
Maarten is Operations Manager at Euromate and has been with the organisation for four years. In his role, he is responsible for procurement, production, warehousing and service. He maintains contact with suppliers, conducts negotiations and is involved in analyses and improvement initiatives. In addition, he leads the team and ensures that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Approach and qualities
Maarten’s strength lies in connecting different departments and optimising processes. He looks beyond individual components and brings disciplines together to achieve a strong end result. By listening carefully to both clients and colleagues, he is able to quickly get to the heart of an issue. Whether it concerns internal improvements or client-focused solutions, he ensures structure and progress. His analytical eye and practical approach make him a key link within the organisation.

“Outside of work, I like to stay active: I play padel, work in my vegetable garden and spend a lot of time with my family. My favourite product? Euromate’s sensors – because they provide immediate insight and form the basis for any good solution.”
