Marian has been working at Euromate for ten years as Finance & HR Manager. In this role, she is responsible for both the financial and HR aspects of the organisation. She is also responsible for Facilities and Customer Support, which makes her role wide-ranging and dynamic. Thanks to this combination, Marian has a good overall view of the business and is closely involved with various departments within Euromate.
Marian’s strength lies in linking financial insights with HR policy and operational processes. She brings structure, optimises processes and always contributes ideas for practical and workable solutions. In doing so, she not only supports her colleagues internally, but also indirectly ensures that clients can count on a smoothly running organisation. Her wide-ranging role makes her a key link within the team.
