Euromate is part of Clean Air Group BV, a holding company that was founded in 2005.
Daily management of all group operations and departments is delegated to local managers. The overall responsibility for operational and strategic management lies with the four Board members. Together they are majority shareholders leaving a minority to Rabobank Private Equity, being the third party investor.

Eduard de Haan - President & Chief Executive Officer
Joined Euromate in 1997 as Commercial Director. Following the management buy-out of the Euromate Group in 1998 he became Chief Executive Officer.

Jan Met - Chief Financial Officer
Joined the company in 2003 as CFO. He is responsible for Finance and ICT.

Cees Knijn - Chief Operational Officer
Cees Knijn started his career with Euromate in 1984 as Product Development Engineer. Over the years Cees gained experience in all areas for which he is now responsible as Chief Operational Officer.

Milco Halkes - Sr VP Sales & Marketing
Milco started with Lucom BV in 1982, a Clean Air Group subsidiary. First Commercial Director, then Co-managing Director and shareholder of Lucom BV, he became shareholder in Euromate holding after the acquisition of Lucom by Euromate Group. Since 2005 he has been Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing for Euromate Holding.
